For many years Wienerberger has been achieving more and more success all over the world.
Due to the different local brand sites over europe, the aim was to create an experience that would work across different user groups cultures and needs. However, at the same time, create refreshed look and feel for a modern experience across all country sites.
We were provided with different user related datapoints such as their 2017 User survey, EU country reports & Costumer Journey touchpoints.
Through insights & analysis of different country sites we started with a wireframe for the identified main sites, and built a system from there on in 2-week long design sprints.
We have built and tested several prototypes for on-site interactions and tools such as calculators and responsive filters. Through presentations and tests we were able to challenge and validate our design concepts.
EXAMPLE: LOCATION SEARCH
Location search is a new feature for Wienerberger offices and partners to be easily found throughout europe, this search also offers tracking, which will be especially useful on the go.
