Raiffeisen Mein ELBA
Consumer Banking Platform redesign.
OLD DASHBOARD
2021 REDESIGN
Overview
Raiffeisen Bank, the largest consumer bank in austria is built as a community Bank, with local Raiffeisen branches in a stakeholder role.
A redesign needs the approval from those stakeholders with varyying business and consumer needs. early 2020 the decision was made for a new consumer banking application to be launched, with the vast variety of austrian consumers from self employed enterpreneurs to families in mind.
Challenges
The relaunched application while looking much cleaner would not be missing any features, some legacy features had to be implemented.
Responsive & modern for 5+ million costumers, so that users from age 15 to 99 should easily recognise functions and feel at home.
Role
Working together with graphic and UX designers from my team and supporting agency and bringing in user needs from stakeholders I was hired as Head of UX to oversee this project with experience at focus.
