Raiffeisen Mein ELBA
Consumer Banking Platform redesign.
Raiffeisen Bank, the largest consumer bank in austria is built as a community Bank, with local Raiffeisen branches in a stakeholder role.
A redesign needs the approval from those stakeholders with varyying business and consumer needs. early 2020 the decision was made for a new consumer banking application to be launched, with the vast variety of austrian consumers from self employed enterpreneurs to families in mind.
The decision was made to start with the web (desktop) application, with a seperate app relaunched to be planned after.
The relaunched application while looking much cleaner would not be missing any features, some legacy features had to be implemented.
Responsive & modern for 5+ million costumers, so that users from age 15 to 99 should easily recognise functions and feel at home.
Working together with graphic designers from our supporting agency adesso and bringing in user needs from stakeholders I was hired as UX Project Lead to oversee this project with user experience at focus.

New Feature: Product Cards
As the average costumer owns 2.5 banking products, such as Loans, Savings accounts and Investment porfolios these should all be easily accesible and switching inbetween should work seamlessly. Our new Product-Switch on top of every main page offers this functionality.
